The internal creative team at Amazon Go needed to think differently about how to massively scale high-quality creative and digital signage as it rapidly expanded nationwide. In addition, they wanted to develop a “test & learn” capability, as well as create and launch a series of targeted marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic.
With campaign briefs that included deliverables for in-store, OOH and digital placements across AmazonGo owned channels, we worked side by side with their internal teams to create motion graphics, in-store signage, digital displays, and entry educational videos to support the launch of a series of stores nationwide. Acting as a hybrid creative production studio for the AmazonGo team we were able to create, test, and re-create in real time to support the demands of a ‘live’ test model.
Our partnership and rapid creative collaboration allowed AmazonGo to shift and change as they were learning how consumers were responding to this new shopping environment. With the right creative in place, a better customer journey was experienced and store expansion was able to happen at a faster pace.
